LIT MISSION & OBJECTIVE:

To teach and empower participants with skills in the 12 Leadership Skill Categories in a fun, safe environment. Participants will leave motivated and ready to use these skills in order to build stronger relationships as well as help them to set and achieve their goals. They will also gain a better understanding of the different roles that make up an organization.
