Embark on an epic adventure!
STEP 1 - IS THIS A GOOD MATCH?
WHY: Having a good match is key to you having a great experience so we wish to be up front with what we are and what we are not. Please check this list before completing an RSVP ticket.
If you are someone who:
wants to improve their leadership skills
loves trying new things
loves using their imagination
tolerates large groups that can get loud
follows instructions and rules consistently
engages independently in good hygiene/self-care practices with little to no reminders.
Then you are in the right place!
If you are an individual who:
dislikes feedback
dislikes following rules from authority figures
struggles with high temperatures (the site has shade and fans, but no AC) and prefer being indoors or sedentary
needs constant reminders regarding good hygiene and self-care practices
dislikes being around others, staying in a group, or being away from home/technology
engages in harmful behaviors (e.g., self-harm, suicidal ideation, eating disorders) within the months before camp
experiences a sleepwalking incident in the past six months. If you have a sleepwalking incident in the past year, please notify the camp director. You will need to have your physician sign off on our sleepwalking care form.
This program is not for you. Please reach out to Ash, and she can recommend some alternatives. She knows of a network of different camps.
Step 2 - Complete the following application
Leadership-In-Training Application And References
Before filling out the application, applicants will want to answer two essay questions ( Question #1: Why do you wish to become a LIT? and

You will also want collect the contact information for two non-familial/friend references. You will be able to upload the attachment and add the reference contact information in.
Step 3 - Receive Confirmation:
Once accepted, you will receive an email from trefoilacademy@gmail.com letting you know that you have been awarded a temporary slot and what your student ID number is. You will also receive a link to the Adventurer’s Compendium.
Adventurer’s Compendium will contain a link to:
all of the forms (e.g. registration, post enrollment)
important documents (e.g. packing list, orientation packet, grimoire)
specific information associated with you (e.g. student tower type, student tower assignment, arrival and departure times, dorm faculty, elective assignments). While no names will be associated with the information on the sheet, you and your family will be able to look this up by the student ID number.
IMPORTANT: You will then have two weeks to complete your registration and pay under Step 3. Failure to complete your registration will result in losing your temporary slot. You may still seek to enroll again; however, it will be a first come, first serve basis.
