Leadership-in-Training Schedule (Draft)
Wake Up & Morning Routine (Yoga/Kapers)
Breakfast
Morning Session
Instruction (approximately 1 hour)
Topic Focus: One of the Core Leadership Skill Areas
Interactive components: Hands-On Activities, Group discussions, Skits
Practical Application (approximately 1.5 hours)
Activity: Role-play scenarios, In-field practice, Team assignments, Dungeon Quests
Debriefing/Coaching (approximately 30 mins)
Identify strengths and areas for improvement
Lunch
Area Experience (1.5 hours)
Each day, participants rotate through a different area (e.g., Kitchen, Medical, Counselor, Operations, Admin).
The time of the area experience will rotate each day.
Hands-on experience in the chosen area, led by a mentor or area manager.
Afternoon Session
