We encourage you to review the information in the other sections. We want you to succeed, and having clear expectations is essential for setting you up for success. Please note that we only hire new international staff through staffing agencies.

Dates: 

  • Set Up: July 10 (1 pm) - July 12, 2025

  • Live: July 13 - July 19, 2025 (12 pm)

  • Clean Up: July 19 (12 pm) - July 20, 2025 (11 am)

Location:  Camp 5 Triangle/Dumfries, VA

Pay:  Earn up to $200–$230 before taxes plus an additional profit sharing/performance bonus!

  • Benefits: Room & board is provided when camp is live and during clean up. Room is provided during set-up.

How does the application process work?

  • Submit a staff application.
    Application consists of:

    • About You

      • Availability

      • Part Time/Full Time

      • Position Interest

      • (Optional) Additional Task Interest

      • Upload Cover Letter

      • Upload Resume or CV

        • Employment History if Not Already In Resume or CV

      • Upload References and Verify Reference Eligibility

    • Supplemental Questions Based On Positions - These are intended to be 1-3 sentence responses.

    • Certification

  • Once received, your application will be reviewed by the camp director.

  • Selected candidates will be invited for interview over zoom. The link will be provided. While the length of the actual interview may vary, the average will be for 30-45 minutes for an entry level position. Leadership interviews will be approximately 1 hr to 1 hr and 15 minutes in length. In rare cases, we may also arrange phone interviews.

  • References will then be contacted and prior work history verified.

  • Once a decision has been made, we will notify you by email. If we have decided you are a good fit, we will extend a formal position offer contingent on you successfully passing a background check.

  • We encourage you to apply as early as possible to ensure that the position you desire is still available.

  • We encourage you to select up to five positions that you are interested in. Please read the job descriptions for those positions.

    • Suitable references include teachers, coaches, volunteer supervisors, or work supervisors.
